Step 1: Registration
Click on the green 'Register now' button on your right to begin your registration. During the registration you can indicate if and when you are available for bilateral meetings. During registration, you will also be able to set up your cooperation profile. All cooperation profiles will be published online and will be for everyone to see. You can change your profile any time.
Step 2: Profile Setup
Next complete your profile.
In your profile you can state what kind of cooperation you are looking for and which ideas you would like to discuss with potential collaboration partners.
Note: The better the quality of your profile the more meeting requests you will receive. Your cooperation profile is your business card, therefore spend some minutes to insert a high quality and meaningful information.
Step 3: Send Meeting Requests
Send meeting requests to selected participants of your choice. Have in mind that meeting requests have to be approved by the recipient to be scheduled.
Step 4: Meeting Schedule
You can view your 1:1 meeting schedule at any time via the Menu "Meetings" (log-in required).
